The save games data is stored away in 2 sections. Your saved games and replays are in the Documents library, in the Red Alert 3 folder. Your profile data is in the C:\User\Appdata\Roaming\Red Alert 3. In order to access the latter, you have to make hidden files and folders visible. Hope that helped.
